The Totally Locally Time template is part of the Town Kit. It’s been used by a few towns, but Totally Locally Shipston-on-Stour have really taken it to heart! They have printed & released 5 issues. And each one is packed with really interesting stuff.
There are some standard articles with the paper templates, such as one describing the £5 message, the Magic Tenner, the manifesto, and just some inane ramblings. The Shipston guys then added their own photos and stories to make each issue unique. Nice.
