Totally Locally, Chris Sands & Leek featured on BBC1 national News. It compares Doncaster Council who spent £50 million on the High Street ( they have done a good job) with Totally Locally’s Grassroots, low budget approach. Leek has seen shop vacancy rates drop from 17% to 3%.
